Order Processing Times for Website Purchases

The majority of our pieces are handmade and our order processing time is 2-3 weeks. During seasonal times like Valentine's, Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 3-4 weeks, so please plan accordingly. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times

We ship from Hawaii to all states in the United States by USPS. Your order is expected to arrive 3-8 business days from the date the order is shipped. Customers will receive a tracking number by email, so be sure the email you provide is accurate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs to Hawaii customers is $8.00 and to customers located in the contiguous United States, $9.00.

At checkout, customers will have the option to purchase insurance through Route, which covers loss and stolen mail. This is subject to change without notice.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Mail

Kahakai Collections is not responsible for lost or stole packages or items that have been damaged or tampered with through the mailing process. Kahakai Collections is also not responsible for packages sent/delivered to the wrong mailing address. Customers have the option to purchase insurance through Route.

If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the U.S. Postal Service directly to file a claim and/or report the tampering and/or theft. You will need your tracking number. If you purchased optional shipping insurance through Route, please contact Route directly to file a claim.
Order Processing Time/Shipping for Pieces Purchased from an IG Live
Pieces purchased on an IG Live event are ready to ship unless the item was back ordered, in which case, there may be a delay in shipping. Payments are due within 24 hours of receipt of our invoice and, items will be shipped out by the Friday following the IG Live event. For invoices paid within one (1) hour of receipt, orders will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping Costs for IG Live Purchases

As a special thank you for purchasing from our IG live event, Kahakai Collections will cover the regular USPS shipping fee. These orders will be shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Mail). As an additional benefit, for orders $400 and over, Kahakai Collections will also pay for additional insurance up to the value of the items purchased.
