Please email or text us a photo of your damaged jewelry, and we'll provide you with a quote for the repair. The customer will need to pay for shipping to/from Kahakai Collections.
3. Lost Pearls or Gemstones Replacement: If you've lost a precious pearl or gemstone from your Kahakai Collections piece, don't worry. We can replace them for a fee. Just send us a photo, and we'll assess the extent of the damage and provide a quote for the replacement.
