Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Kahakai Collections' jewelry pieces are made to order, so we have a no return, refund, and exchange policy. For pieces that require your specific measurement, such as bangles, bracelets and rings, please be sure your measurements are correct as we will be unable to make any corrections once the item has been made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, or if you are missing any item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
