IG Live Policy

  • To purchase an item during an IG Live, you will need to type "Claim #__". Following the introduction of an item that is for sale, a number will be issued to it. After the number is issued, customers may claim it by typing Claim followed by the number issued. For example, if an item is issued number 24, a person wanting to purchase this item will type “Claim 24”. The item will be claimed by the first person who Kahakai Collections sees that enters this information.
  • Please note that IG has a lag at times, so what Kahakai Collections sees on her screen may not be what you see. In these cases, Kahakai Collections will follow the order of claims that she sees on her screen.
  • Please know ahead of time your ring, bracelet and/or bangle size.
  • Invoices are sent out within 24 hours of the IG Live.
  • Payment by credit card is due within 24 hours of receipt of emailed invoice, but faster payment is appreciated as the website needs to be shut down during this time to prevent the public from purchasing IG Live items.
  • There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on items purchased on IG Live.
  • Any custom orders requested during or following the IG live will be sent at the same time with your IG live purchased items unless the purchaser pays for shipping twice.
  • Please be considerate of others and only claim pieces that you intend to purchase.
  • Repeated violations of any of these terms may result in your IG account being flagged and/or removed from further participation in IG Live shopping with @kahakaicollectors.
